ICANN83 Policy Forum will be held in Prague, Czech Republic at the Prague Congress Centre from 9-12 June 2025.
This will be a hybrid meeting with both in-person and virtual participation.
All sessions will be conducted during regular working hours in Prague, Czech Republic, (Central European Summer Time, CEST / UTC +2).

Prep Week will be conducted on 27 & 28 May 2025. The Prep Week schedule will be published on 5 May 2025.

Session Details
The Registration Data Request Service (RDRS) is a new and free service developed to provide a more consistent and standardized format for handling requests to access nonpublic registration data related to generic top-level domains (gTLDs). This two-year pilotprogram which launched in November 2023 is a proof-of-concept initiative for individuals and entities with a legitimate interest in nonpublic registration data. It was developed with community input and implemented at the direction of the ICANN Board to helpinform policy decisions related to a System for Standardized Access/Disclosure (SSAD). RDRS usage metric reports are published monthly and provide system usage and demand data as requested by the Generic Names Supporting Organization (GNSO) Council. In thissession the RDRS SC will continue its work on the final findings report on the RDRS.

Steve joined ICANN in February 2008 and served with the New gTLD Operations team for over 5 years. He now serves as a VP on the Policy Development Support function, leading the Generic Names Supporting Organization (GNSO) policy support team.
