ICANN83 Policy Forum will be held in Prague, Czech Republic at the Prague Congress Centre from 9-12 June 2025.
This will be a hybrid meeting with both in-person and virtual participation.
All sessions will be conducted during regular working hours in Prague, Czech Republic, (Central European Summer Time, CEST / UTC +2).

Prep Week will be conducted on 27 & 28 May 2025. The Prep Week schedule will be published on 5 May 2025.
The comprehensive schedule will be published on 19 May 2025.

Session Details
GAC members to continue the preparation for the next round of new gTLDs, focusing the ICANN83 Capacity Development Session on the Applicant Guidebook, how it will be used, the logistics and timing of next steps in preparation for the next round and a walkthrough of how an Applicant will apply for a new gTLD, including the challenges that might be encountered.
