ICANN83 Policy Forum will be held in Prague, Czech Republic at the Prague Congress Centre from 9-12 June 2025.
This will be a hybrid meeting with both in-person and virtual participation.
All sessions will be conducted during regular working hours in Prague, Czech Republic, (Central European Summer Time, CEST / UTC +2).

Prep Week will be conducted on 27 & 28 May 2025. The Prep Week schedule will be published on 5 May 2025.
The comprehensive schedule will be published on 19 May 2025.

Session Details
GAC discussion on matters pertaining to the next round of new gTLDs, including an update on the Applicant Guidebook status and specifically on priority topics of interest to GAC members. GAC members will discuss materials in preparation for the next round of new gTLDs building on the GAC Capacity Development Session on new gTLDs, including GAC Early Warnings and GAC Advice, PICs/RVCs, GeoTLDs, and Contention Sets.
